Acceptance

By downloading or using Volcano Frog (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App

Volcano Frog is a Mandarin Chinese learning game intended primarily for children. The App is provided free of charge by Formula 8 Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 48 644 190 189) ("we", "us", "our").

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable law.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

Children

The App is designed for children. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use of the App. We do not collect personal information from any user; see our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its artwork, audio, code, brand name, and characters, is owned by Formula 8 Consulting Pty Ltd and its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Educational Content

Volcano Frog provides Mandarin language learning content for educational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but the App is not a substitute for a qualified language teacher. We are not responsible for any reliance you place on the educational content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Formula 8 Consulting Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer guarantees you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
